There are many types of ear piercings in the ear - the tragus, conch, helix, anti-tragus, rook and more. The majority are pierced at a 1.2mm gauge. Occasionally some ear piercings are pierced at a 1.6mm gauge, and sometimes a thicker bar is simply preferred. We have therefore included links to our 1.6mm ranges below the 1.2mm selections.
